Our new Foundations of Anthroposophic Naturopathy Course is an international 12-month introductory orientation course. This course is open to any interested people including health practitioners and patients who wish to understand and gain deeper insights into healing and the methodology of Anthroposophic Naturopathy and therapies.
This course is perfect for naturopaths, homoeopaths, herbalists, nutritionists, Traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic practitioners and other ingestive therapies practitioners wishing to explore Anthroposophic approaches in clinical practice.
This ten module course will commence in July 2026 and complete in May 2027. The course will be delivered as 90 minute online Zoom classes on a monthly basis. All classes will be recorded and can be accessed later if unable to attend live. Additional readings, study and assignments will also be part of the course.
This course can be used as a pre-requisite for enrolling in our three year Advanced Training.

Session 2 Wed 26 August, 2026 – 7pm AEST
- The three fold constitution of the human being as a diagnostic picture.
Session 3 Wed 23 September, 2026 – 7pm AEST
- The four fold constitution of the human being as a diagnostic picture.

- The fundamental principles in understanding illness in Anthroposophic medicine – inflammation and sclerosis.
Session 5 Wed 25 November, 2026 – 7pm AEDT
- Insights into the therapeutic qualities of Anthroposophic medicinal substances – remedies from the metals, minerals, plants and animals.
Session 6 Wed 23 December, 2026 – 7pm AEDT
- Anamnestic questions to develop a patient profile and therapeutic plan.
Session 7 Wed 24 February, 2027 – 7pm AEDT
- Biography as part of healing gesture.
Session 8 Wed 24 March, 2027 – 7pm AEDT
- Anthroposophic Therapies and their role in supporting the remedies – painting, sculpture, music, eurythmy, nursing, massage and biography.

- The inner significance of disease and healing – destiny questions and the path of knowledge.
Session 10 Wed 26 May, 2027 – 7pm AEST
- Effect and efficacy of Anthroposophic medicines and inner prerequisites for the Anthroposophic Naturopath.
