Advanced Training 2026-2028

The three year advanced Anthroposophic Naturopathy training offers a comprehensive curriculum covering all the essential components of Anthroposophic Naturopathy which allows practitioners to become endorsed in this field.The impulse behind the training, takes the concepts of the foundations course further and introduces comprehensive approaches to clinical therapeutic practice. This course is delivered online in English and is open to qualified natural health practitioners from both Australia and overseas.

Why This Course

Many natural health practitioners are seeking a holistic framework and philosophy to deepen their clinical work. Increasingly there is a materialistic trend in natural therapies professions with a relentless pursuit of evidence based science. This approach often ignores the spiritual aspects of healing and the dynamic role the innate intelligence of the human being plays in both health and disease.

Many clinicians are seeking to work with living forces not just compounds and supplements. We need a community and healing framework that understands the spiritual dimension of health and can more fully support patients to understand the destiny of their illness.

DISCOVER THE Anthroposophic Framework

The Anthroposophic approach offers a rich and deep framework many practitioners are seeking. It views the human being as comprising of three dynamic qualities of function (thinking, feeling & willing) and four aspects of being (physical, etheric, soul/astral & spirit) which work together dynamically to maintain health. This framework provides a valuable way of understanding and treating each patient as well as interpreting how disease unfolds. A constitutional picture is also used to understand the patient in terms of not only symptoms of illness but also a broader insight into salutogenesis (the fostering of health) and individual destiny. 

LEARN A Deeper Understanding of Remedies

Also by working intuitively, inspirationally and imaginatively we can find the true indications for the use of healing substances. By learning to seek higher forces that lie hidden in the processes underlying the formation of mineral, plant and animal we can discover that they correspond to those that need to be stimulated in the patient and the processes are the same as the ‘homoeopathising’ activities within the human being. These aspects are essential in order to achieve a genuine understanding of the remedy and its curative effects.

A deeper intuitive insight into the nature of the forces within the substance (substance story) must be schooled through intensive spiritual-scientific research. This opens up a huge panorama for looking into the inner dynamic of remedies and illnesses. Goethean observation is the method by which you can let the phenomena speak to you through an intuitive power of judgement and can lead you to the Signature of the Remedy.

Format

This specialised training will be given as a series of monthly webinars over a three year period covering a range of core aspects of Anthroposophic Medicine. In addition to the core lecturers from the Guild, Internationals Guest speakers will also present on different themes throughout the year.

There is also an opportunity to complete an endorsement process, whereby practitioners who successfully complete the full training and assessment process, can be endorsed as Anthroposophic Naturopaths, through ISAN (International Society for Anthroposophic Naturopathy).

Curriculum

New Student Intake Starting Mid 2026

* Modules will be delivered as live online webinars on the third Wednesday of each month from 7pm to 8.30pm EST – starting in August 2026*

  • Part One – commencing Aug 2026:
    • Healing Substances: an in-depth inquiry into the nature of healing substances.
      • Pharmacodynamics and Remedies – metal, mineral, plant, animal and organ remedies.
  • Part Two – commencing Aug 2027:
    • Nutrition
      • The role of vitamins, minerals, trace elements and other nutritional factors out of the insights of Anthroposophy.
  • Part Three – commencing Aug 2028:
  • Anamnesis, Diagnosis and the Karma of Illnesses
  • *note the 2028, final third year training is only available for qualified practitioners/prescribers.*

Course Delivery & Learning Hub

The learning hub for all of our course materials and our social media forum is located on our ANG Circle Community site. Circle is an online community platform which hosts our courses with livestreams and recordings available.

  • CPE Certificates will be provided for each webinar for all participants.
  • Recordings of the webinars will be available for all participants after the session is completed.
  • Those who are unable to attend the live webinars for the Intensive Training can still pay and access the recording to watch in their own time

Participation and Endorsement

  • Pre-requisite study in foundations of anthroposophic approaches to health is required (eg. the 12 month Foundations course or an equivalent international course)
  • Practitioners must be fully qualified in their therapeutic modality, with current registration or professional association memberships, PI insurance and proof that they maintain CPE requirements for their profession.
  • Those who are seeking endorsement will need to complete monthly assignments (see overview document below for more details)
  • Please note that due to the advanced therapeutic content, the third year of training is only available for qualified practitioners who can prescribe remedies.

Course Investment

The fee structure for the upcoming 2026-2028 training is as follows:

  • PRACTITIONER RATE
    • $900 per year (10 modules) when paid in advance OR
    • $95 per webinar module – payable as you go (commitment to the 10 modules is required for enrolment)
  • STUDENT RATE
    • $700 per year (for 10 modules) when paid in advance OR
    • $75 per module – pay as you go (commitment to 10 modules is required for enrolment)
  • To access and join the course you will be required to register first, then invoices will be issued for your course fees.
