In more recent years, Irmhild spends her time supporting practitioners on their individual path of development in anthroposophic naturopathy and has been instrumental in creating the Anthroposophic Naturopaths Guild. As a Mentor, she is involved in a rigorous training program to ensure that practitioners can find endorsement through the international standards set by the Anthroposophic Naturopathic and Medical Association, based in Switzerland.
